RSS is a way to tell your favorite websites to let you know when they have new content. RSS also allows you to access this content on your own timetable. RSS does not clog up your email.
First, you pick an RSS Feed Reader. A couple of free and easy to use ones are Google Reader and Bloglines.
Second, when you see an RSS icon, click it. The page that comes up will give you everything you need to enable the content you want to come to you.
For a simple and quick video description of how RSS works, view the video at the bottom of this page.

What can you do to keep your mind vital as you age? According to Robert N. Butler, MD, professor of geriatrics at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, there are three things you shouldn’t neglect:
1. Maintaining relationships and a good social-support system.
2. Having a sense of purpose and passion. Many studies have shown that
people who have a reason to get up in the morning live longer and better.
3. Using your head, and this doesn’t just mean doing Sodoku or crossword
puzzles. Using your brain to do something challenging like learning a lan-
guage or a muscial instrument. People are still quite capable of learning
new information well into their 90’s.
