What is RSS

RSS is a way to tell your favorite websites to let you know when they have new content. RSS also allows you to access this content on your own timetable. RSS does not clog up your email.

First, you pick an RSS Feed Reader. A couple of free and easy to use ones are Google Reader and Bloglines.

Second, when you see an RSS icon, click it. The page that comes up will give you everything you need to enable the content you want to come to you.

The Art of Preparing Foods to Combat Diabetes

On Saturday, March 18, between 11am and 3 pm, Men’s Health & Wellness and the Art Institute of Atlanta will host "Life’s Too Short for Celery Sticks – The Art of Preparing Foods to Combat Diabetes".  The Northside Hospital Cancer Institute is a sponsor and proceeds will benefit the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org). The event will porvide access to an endocrinologist, recipes, health and wellness information to help combat diabetes.

5K race the day the day before Father's Day

An annual 5K race and 1 Mile Fun Walk hosted by Men's Health & Wellness has a new local partner - ProstAware! Two Great Non-Profits working together for this Annual Event.  This tight-knit community activity brings together athletes, doctors, cancer survivors and those who care about them to end prostate cancer. We aim to accomplish our goal by funding research, education, and support of men and their families.
